Salary Information
Pay Range: $58,000 to $138,000 per year
Average Salary: Around $74,000 per year
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with communities: Build respectful relationships with Indigenous communities to make sure everyone benefits.
- Follow policies: Make sure the company follows Indigenous consultation rules and supports the community.
- Create strategies: Help create plans to include Indigenous perspectives in company projects and initiatives.
- Join events: Attend community events to build strong connections and understand community values.
DAILY TASKS
- Organize and attend meetings with community leaders and members.
- Write reports about community engagement and results.
- Work with other teams to make sure projects align with community interests.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
